To determine rewards eligibility, the Service reads your public wallet address and publicly available onchain data on Hyperliquid, including trading history on XYZ perpetual markets and wallet balances. Connecting a wallet does not transfer custody of any assets.

3. Signatures and Verification

Completing a claim may require a cryptographic signature or wallet ownership verification. Signatures are used solely to verify that you control the eligible wallet. We never ask for private keys other than for verification within the claim flow.

4. Data We Store

• Wallet addresses of visitors who connect a wallet.
• Basic, aggregated analytics (page views, referral source, approximate region).

We do not sell personal data. We do not collect names, emails, or payment details unless you contact support.

5. Cookies

The Service may use essential cookies and similar technologies to function and to produce aggregate statistics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the claim flow may not work without essential ones.

6. Data Retention

Connection records are retained for the duration of the Season 1 rewards program and up to 12 months afterwards for accounting and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized.
